Rooms Policy:

• Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and is subject to adult pricing.
• Check-in time is at 14:00, and check-out is at 12:00.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Deposit Requirements:

• Pets are not allowed on the premises.
• Service animals are welcome, subject to prior notice and confirmation from management.

Smoking Policy:

• Gulburg Suites and grounds is a no-smoking establishment, if guests wish to smoke, please do so outside the curtilage of our boundary, failure to adhere to this policy may result in the guest being asked to leave the hotel.

Noise and Behaviour:

• Guests are expected to maintain a reasonable noise level and behaviour conducive to a peaceful stay.

Lost or Damaged Items:

• Gulberg Suites cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any property belonging to the guests.
